Most frequent questions and answers

Some of our customers experience issues using Afterpay from time to time. Unfortunately though, it is a problem with some browsers and how they connect to the Afterpay portal.

Below are some of the things Afterpay suggest you can try:

– If using your mobile number as a primary contact on your order, try using your email instead.

– Try completing the purchase from another phone/tablet.

– Try completing your purchase from a desktop/laptop.

– If using the Safari browser, try another one instead; Chrome, Internet Explorer etc.

Some of our customers may experience errors when trying to use visa/mastercard from time to time. Unfortunately though, it is a problem with some browsers and how they connect our portal.

Below are some of the things we suggest you can try:

– Try completing the purchase from another phone/tablet.

– Try completing your purchase from a desktop/laptop.

– If using the Safari browser, try another one instead; Chrome, Internet Explorer etc.

-If using  Zim address in the checkout forms  as  billing address or ship to address try using your local address only e.g UK, USA,SA, AUS  instead and email  or WhatsApp +61 4 02 148 207 the Zim delivery details once your order goes through.

This Web Site has been designed specifically for diasporas living outside of Zimbabwe e.g in Australia, New Zealand  who want to purchase Zimbabwe styled goods/groceries for their families and friends at wholesale price with flexible payment terms.

It is not necessary for you to register in order to place an order.  However, if you do not register, every time you make a purchase you will have to re-enter all of your personal information.

Orders are delivered within 24 hrs – 48 hrs . Same day in major cities or Towns if order is placed before 2pm Zim time

We will also send you an SMS or Email when order is delivered

Zone 1

The minimum purchase amount for each Delivery  is USD$100 or AUD$150 excluding the Delivery Fee.

Zone 2

Minimum order value is  USD$250 or AUD$350.See this page for zones

We will try and contact you on the phone number provided for authority to leave. If however, we can’t contact you, your order will returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery charges as well as the cost of perishables may apply.

Orders that total over 500kg will be subject to a bulk delivery fee, as they require special handling and transport allocation. For any bulk orders please contact our customer service team on 07 3491 7194 prior to placement of your order
