We are delivering ONLY to   areas  or towns  listed below  If you need deliveries to any area a few km  outside the listed urban areas below please contact us before placing your  order as Special arrangements must be made to these locations .

ZERO CONTACT DELIVERY

In order to protect our staff and your families Please inform your receiver about Zero contact delivery in advance.The order will be placed on the front door before the driver steps away so the receiver  can step forward to sign and check items before leaving..Please ensure your receiver has their phone switched on and they have their own pen to sign for the delivery

Order Cancellations

If you decide to cancel an order your  refund  will be less card  processing fees

Airtime/ Zesa

Airtime/ Zesa  is a complimentary service we do not take any profit out of it therefore, you can only purchase it with a grocery order. If decide to  purchase Airtime/ Zesa without  grocery your order will be charged  a processing fee equivalent to delivery fee. Delivery fee will not be waived it will cover processing fees charged by card processors.

If No One Is Home

Our office will call the receiver to confirm time of delivery and to ensure there is someone at home.If the number you provide is not available we will proceed to make the delivery without speaking to the receiver Please leave your best contact phone number or alternatives so the driver can confirm delivery time.

Delivery Confirmation

We usually notify you of the status of your order within 24hrs (next business day), to let you know how your order is progressing, or when it has been delivered. In cases where we have run out of a particular item, we will contact you or receiver  by email or phone as soon as possible to discuss your order alternative
