Time Frames
Orders are delivered Monday – Saturday there are no deliveries on Sundays except for orders with that special arrangment. All orders are delivered same or the next depending on Zimbabwe time the order is received.Generally all orders including rural are delivered by next day local time
We are delivering to areas or towns listed below as Zones, If you need deliveries to any area a few km outside the listed zones please contact us before placing your order as Special arrangements must be made to these locations .
Free 20kg roller meal
Offer starts 02.11.2023 8am Zimbabwe time and ends 16.11.23 4pm Zimbabwe time. Please note this is a maximum of 20kg per order with value of US$100+ or equivalent excluding the delivery fee and non grocery items like zesa, airtime, hardware items,and hampers
Order Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order your refund will be less card processing fees using the original method the order was placed.
Airtime/ Zesa
Airtime/ Zesa is a complimentary service we do not take any profit out of it therefore, you can only purchase it with a grocery order. If decide to purchase Airtime/ Zesa without grocery your order will be charged a processing fee equivalent to delivery fee. Delivery fee will not be waived it will cover processing fees charged by card processors.

If No One Is Home
Our office will call the receiver to confirm time of delivery and to ensure there is someone at home.If the number you provide is not available we will proceed to make the delivery without speaking to the receiver Please leave your best contact phone number or alternatives so the driver can confirm delivery time.
Delivery Confirmation
We usually notify you of the status of your order within 24hrs (next business day), to let you know how your order is progressing, or when it has been delivered. In cases where we have run out of a particular item, we will contact you or receiver by email or phone as soon as possible to discuss your order alternative
